Materials and tools:
- Toilet paper roll
- Wax paper
- Rubber band
- Scissors
Instructions:
1. Cut a square of waxed paper, large enough to fit over and atound the end of the tube.
2. Using a rubber band, secure the paper over one end of the roll. The kid can place its mouth on the open end and blow or create sound.
